Greetings to all!
Area One of Top Ladies of Distinction, Incorporated is a nonprofit, humanitarian 501c3 organization comprised of hardworking, vibrant and diverse women located within the five geographical states of Arkansas, Arizona, Louisiana, Texas and New Mexico. The mission of Area One is to render service to youth and adults through its programs and projects.
The programmatic thrusts encompass leadership development and mentoring of Top Teens, dissemination of information that promotes the well-being of senior citizens, promotion of the status of women, development of community partnerships and beautification of communities throughout Area One. The projects in which Area One chapters are thoroughly involved are TLOD Literacy, March of Dimes, NAACP, NCNW, Sickle Cell and service projects that are germane to their individual communities.
Under the auspices of Top Ladies of Distinction, Incorporated, Area One Top Teens are empowered to achieve excellence as future leaders and citizens. The chapters of Area One continually provide their Teens with opportunities to learn the value of service and volunteerism via their involvement in the TLOD programmatic thrust and projects.
Because we - Ladies, Lords and Teens of Area One - are passionately committed to building on our brilliant TLOD foundation along with rendering service to youth and adults in our various communities, we dedicate ourselves to team efforts and resolve to continue making meaningful volunteer contributions to society via the 2009-2011 "Triple E Program."
