It is with tremendous excitement and great anticipation that I announce the 34th Area III Leadership Conference and invite YOU to join us, March 11-14, 2010 at the fabulous and transformed Landmark Doubletree Hotel & Conference Center Chicago North Shore in Skokie, Illinois.
The magnificent Ladies, Teens and Lords of the North Shore Chapter, the amazing host Chapter, are working diligently to ensure that your experience at this Conference will be wonderful and remarkable! This is the Conference that you do not want to miss….do not let it be said that you passed up this marvelous opportunity to enjoy and fellowship with the Ladies, Teens and Lords in the “Heart of TLOD”!
One of the highlights of the Conference will be our “Sensational Silver Luncheon” on Saturday, March 12th honoring those Chapters and Members (present at the conference) in Area III with twenty-five years of Sterling Service to TLOD. Again, we will continue to recognize the outstanding programs and projects of service conducted by the remarkable Chapters of Area III; provide informative institutes and plenary sessions to strength our skills and knowledge; and to further enhance our commitment to provide premier service in our communities.
Although the Conference promises to keep you busy, the North Shore area provides a wonderful opportunity for you to experience its natural beauty, charm and many activities – shopping (steps from the hotel), museums, theatre/live entertainment and close proximity to O’Hare airport and the city of Chicago. Of course, you can always find that special event occurring in the city of Chicago!
