Greetings From Area IV

As we celebrate 44 years of service, we pay homage to our illustrious Founders for their foresight in acknowledging that giving “Tops in Service” should be the ultimate aim of every individual.  A million thanks also to our past national and area officers, past national presidents, area directors and chapter presidents who have worked tirelessly to make the dream of service a living reality.

We celebrate the present as we reflect on our history, our dedication and our responsibilities.  We thank all supporters who assist us in bringing honor to this great organization as well as to those who continue to support our efforts.

As we plan for the future, we are confident that our future is secure.  Top Teens, you are our future!  May each of you develop a renewed sense of service to mankind.  It is up to each of us to continue the work and the legacy of this great organization.  Times change, but service to mankind must be our never- changing mantra.
