MESSAGE FROM THE NATIONAL PRESIDENT

Spring has sprung and the long, hot summer has arrived.  As we attempt to keep cool, calm and collected in the next few months, let’s enjoy this respite to relax, re-charge, re-generate and

re-invigorate in preparation for the 2010-2011 TLOD service year. The graduation season is here and it is a special time of celebration and fellowship.  We extend heartfelt congratulations to all graduates, their parents, families and friends.

Top Ladies, it appears from all reports that you have taken the adopted TLOD Strategic Plan to heart.  We are experiencing record inductions and we are so thankful.  We are on target to reach our stated goal of reaching 3,000 members by the end of 2010 and 5,000 members by 2014 when we celebrate our Golden Anniversary.  We are a remarkable, extraordinary, talented organization of dedicated women who work consistently to make a difference.  Our mission today remains the same as it was 45 years ago – to provide quality service to youth and adults.

We look forward to seeing all of you in La Jolla (San Diego), California, October 7-10, 2010 for Parliamen-Top 2010.  We cordially invite you to be in beautiful Southern California to partake of the informative plenary sessions and empowering seminars.  A special feature that you are sure to enjoy is the White Linen Luncheon where TLOD accomplishments will be celebrated and all attendees will experience the ultimate shoe fashion show.  We will conclude this historic conference with the second edition of TLOD Table Talk.  We want you to be in all the photo sessions that will document this session of Parliamen-Top as we now know it.  Please register today.
