36th Area II Leadership Conference - Vendors and Chaperones

This is the Vendors and Chaperones Registration Portal
Here are a few tips to assist you with registration

  • Active Top Ladies, Teens and Lords should NOT register using this portal
  • The registration portal is for vendors and non-member chaperones who will be assisting with the Teens. 
  • Payments are by credit card only.
  • Non-member chaperones must pass a background check in addition to registering as a chaperone.  Please click here for the background check form.
  • You can only pay by credit card.  You have 30 minutes to pay after you complete your registration. Your registration will cancel automatically if payment is not completed.

Cancellation Policy:
FOR VENDORS:
All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and postmarked or emailed by March 31, 2018.
A nonrefundable $25.00 fee will apply to all refunds.

There will be no refunds granted after March 31, 2018.

FOR CHAPERONES:
75% Refund request must be made in writing to the Area II Financial Secretary postmarked or emailed by March 11, 2018. NO EXCEPTIONS.
